Klaus Berger  2008-08-16	Nusa Playa Hotel & Spa, Jomtien Beach Rd. Very beautiful, very propper hotel with good breakfast (all what you can imagine is available); extraordinary friendly and helpful staff included Johnny the friendly tour organizer. A good hotel for stay with a family. Actually they bild up a new additional pool but this work does not disturb the comfortable stay. In classification it would be ranked as 5 star hotel in europe.	perfect as always (I made more than 15 bookings in 2 years)

Staff were a bit overwhelmed with number of guests and some were pretty new at the job. They could use a bit more training. But overall our stay was pleasant.	Prompt, effective.
