From Krabi:
10.00 and 14.30 The harbor is near Krabi Town (Klong Jilad Pier), Tickets attainable at the Harbor.
In High Season (approximately October - April) there are also ferries to and form Koh Lanta and Ao Nang (near Krabi Town).
Once your arrived to Phi Phi Island we have staff waiting for you at Tonsai Pier show signboard hotel's name
