Chan Mang Fatt  2008-09-25	Lanna Palace 2004 Hotel, Chang Klan We were at the 5th Floor. The decor is basic, recently painted. The beds are clean. No aircond on the passageway and the lift. Location from night market is about 15 minutes walk and is not right at the doorstep. Buffet breakfast is ok and is the same everyday. Tea is watery. Staff are very polite and helpful. I would stay nearer to all the activities the next time. I enjoyed my stay and would recommend it for someone who does not mind a long walk.	Excellent and would definitely use it again.
Philip  2008-07-20 until 2008-07-25	Lanna Palace 2004 Hotel, Chang Klan Generally good value for money, welcoming staff, clean rooms, though agree lighting in bedrooms a little on dim side and whenever we took a shower the bathroom floor seemed to take a soaking despite shower curtain !. Reaonable buffet breakfast. Within walking distance to night markets, though there is a shuttle bus offered by the hotel.We arranged airport pick up which we didn t actually get confirmation of before leaving home , though that was probably our fault as we didn t book this till the last min. Return journey to airport was arranged through lady on the tour desk and was 100 baht cheaper than the hotel s price.Ate out every evening apart from the night we arrived when we arrived at the hotel and ate in their restaurant tasty green curry obviously more expensive than eating out but convenient that night. Would recommend	very efficient prompt response to our booking, would certainly use again.
Mike  2008-07-20 until 2008-07-21	Lanna Palace 2004 Hotel, Chang Klan I thought it was great. THe rooms were nice & clean. The free breakfast buffet was good. The hotel kindly held our luggae for us for two days while we went trekking. Highly recommend this hotel. I do wish it had internet service, but there is an internet place across the street.

It s situated in the same street of the night bazaar yet not in the middle of it and therefore it has quiet surrounding. The room was clean and the breakfast was good as well. The staff speaks english and helped us in everything we required. Would stay again.	No problems at all

I only had two complaints: (1) not enough light to read in the rooms; and (2) poor selection of channels on the television with the horribly biased and ridiculous BBC as the only English language news outlet.
Lester  2007-05-30 until 2007-06-02	Lanna Palace 2004 Hotel, Chang Klan When we arrive at the hotel early in the morning, they checked us in right away. The room is spaceous and clean. The attendants are very polite, attentive and greetful. They respond immediately. Although, Lanna Palace Hotel is only 3 star I will rate it 5 star for the space, cleanliness and service. Thank you Lanna. P.S. The hotel is oly 3 blocks away from the night bazaar. The neighborhood is safe to stroll around.	Sawadee wonderful service. We never had problem with the reservation.

Tan Tian Hup  2006-11-29 until 2006-12-01	Lanna Palace 2004 Hotel, Chang Klan Very Spacious and clean. Quiet n Security sound. Take 10 minutes to walk to Night Basazar. Breadfast varieties need to improve to make it perfect with zero comments.	Very helpful to source n suggest for 14 rooms taken where I d ont have any complaint except ABF. Special thanks to EDDI
Uzi Benshmuel  2006-07-28 until 2006-07-31	Lanna Palace 2004 Hotel, Chang Klan location is out of the center and the old city. need to take in account long walking or use Tuk Tuk. full with groups so not so suitable so much for others. No regular taxi service available at the hotel Overall, better to have hotel in the center	excellent. no complains !!
