P & R Residence

P&R Residence is a boutique accommodation / guest house that cater to clients that require convenience, affordability and comfort. Situated in the center of Bangkok and few steps away from the Chaophya River our establishment can be accessed through boat, taxi, bus and even sky train (BTS). With 25 rooms, we ensure outmost service to each of our guests.

We have 25 (twenty-five) fully furnished well designed air-conditioned rooms. All are equipped with TV including cable access, refrigerator, mini bar and centralized telephone. The room is also equipped with its own toilet and bath with hot and cold shower. We offer two kinds of rooms; Deluxe with the size of 30-35 Sq.m. and Superior with the size of 25-27 Sq.m., all are spacious, clean and well maintained. All rooms have either queen or king size beds.

P&R Residence's location is very strategic, conveniently located within the heart of Bangkok and a stone throw away from the Si Praya Pier. Our area is accessible by bus, taxi or boat to any destination you prefer.

• - Few steps from Si Praya Pier - one of the most common ways of transportation to get around Bangkok.
• - A minute walk to River City - a destination for Dinner cruise as well as cruise that will take you to various famous temples located along Chao Phrya River.
• - 10 minutes drive to Silom Road - one of the centers of night life in Bangkok and famous for its night market ( Patphong ).
• - 15 minutes drive to Siam Square - Siam Square is where Bangkok's leading malls are located along each other ( MBK, Siam discovery, Siam Paragon, Siam Square)
• - 5 minutes away from the express way - Express way is a preferred choice to travel around Bangkok especially in rush hour. Convenient route to the airport as well.
• - 10 minutes drive to China Town - China town in Bangkok is famous for its street food especially for its seafood. The entire street is lit up at night to cater for locals and tourists.

Famous to foreigners, the bars and restaurants are located along the street. This is also a venue for people selling different interesting goods such as clothes, souvenirs, second hand items and of course hawker food.
